Adult / Advanced Karate class.
Our Adult / Advanced karate class is for students 16yrs and above. This class goes more into detail of the advanced grading system, but we can also easily cover new adults starting within the class.
This is a much more serious class where students are expected to put 100% effort into the lessons. This is because there is so much to cover in these sessions.
Generally most students work their way up to this class.
