FAQ

Can I bring my child to your Karate session?

Yes, we have a mismatch of adults and children. We welcome children from age 4 onwards. Children often improve through the grading structure faster than adults thanks to their flexibility. We would not think of Karate training without them as it inspires our adults too and we often welcome parent and child at the same time.

Can I attend more than 1 Karate session per week?

Yes, you can attend 5 trainings a week in a 10-mile radius. We offer to join anytime for a price of £50/month

Are the children and Adult learning together?

Yes, they do. When we perform sparring exercises, we pair our students by size and experience.

What equipment do I need to join the Karate club?

The student has commonly a Karate bottom and a Karate Shirt. But it is possible to start the first session with a casual sport trouser and a t-shirt.

Do you provide virtual Karate Lesson?

Yes, we have a personal Dojo online site and this is a service we develop.

Is the Karate training your provide for self-defense?

We use a curriculum that validates some key skills to elevate your proficiency with the Martial Arts we teach. Once the student is skilled, the benefits are to gain awareness of his space as well as gain strength and agility with the body. These 3 assets together make the student confident, able to dodge the fight. As a result, the training we provide help you to defend yourself when a conflict happens.

Is the Karate violent?

We don’t encourage Karate to be a violent practice. Instead, we focus on developing control, awareness, and precision through the drills our students train in. Our sessions emphasise Katas, as well as specific kicks and punches. As students gain experience, we see a noticeable reduction in the use of violence.
